Charged me "shop minimum" for a 20 minute tattoo. That would've been understandable if she didn't lie to me and tell me SM was $100 when in fact it was only $60. I was satisfied with the tattoo at first but once it healed it looked very blown out. I'm getting it covered up this afternoon (thank god). I tried contacting Cassie about a month after I got the tattoo done and she was rude and did not want to help. She offered to fix it when she was in Connecticut again, but no thanks. Overall this is the worst experience I've had.

made several attempts to schedule an appointment but each time keep getting the runaround basically I'm out of $100 I'm just going somewhere else.
