It was awesome! My piercer (Breanna) was super kind and walked me through everything before doing anything. She explained like, everything you could want to know, and for the two (more personally specific) questions I asked had answers right away and was willing to listen. The people at the front desk were also super nice, and I was able to have some easy conversations with them while I picked out the jewelry. Not to mention, it was all super affordable, which is awesome. It was a really good, smooth, and easy experience and I left feeling good about my decision. Also, I got to get an otterpop to cool the piercing, which was delicious.

Even while the shop was busy They were able to fit me in after my appointment kept malfunctioning. They were all so kind and helped with everything I needed. The piercer(Scottie) was so awesome and fun to he around and they got my nostril piercings perfectly even. 10/10 recommend

The front desk staff was genuinely excited for each customer, no matter what they were getting which was nice to see. Made for an upbeat, welcoming atmosphere for all ages, especially songs younger girls who were there getting their ears pierced for the first time!!! Bree was the perfect person for my first cosmetic piercing. I was nervous but she was funny and chill and VERY fast. 10/10 recommend her!!

So glad i came here for my piercings. Had my appointment with Onna. She made me feel so comfortable the whole time. She also gave me a lot of helpful advice regarding my piercing and aftercare. Will definitely come back!

First off.... I love this place ❤️ It's super clean, friendly the girls up front know their stuff. Second time I've been here. First time(a year ago) Bri pierced my daughter's nose walked her through it super chill amazing chick.Thank you Bri 😊 now my daughter has ADDICTIONS 😉 Went in a week ago got her more piercings and it turned into a family affair.Thank you Hanna as well. Thank you ladies for the last minute decisions we threw at you and for helping us as well. You guys rock and will definitely be coming back.

This place was amazing!! Especially Josh, he was very cool and super funny. Helped me remain calm while getting my nose pierced! Definitely going to go back here for any piercing related needs or maybe even another piercing!

My spouse and I decided to get piercings done this past week and had appointments with Josh. He was absolutely phenomenal - he put us both totally at ease, and was so thorough in explaining every step to us clearly and honestly. He was phenomenal - we’ll definitely be back for more!
As for the shop, it was clean and bright and busy - a testament to their high ratings, they were always professional and helpful, doing their best to get folks in and out quickly and painlessly (ha!). Everyone was so nice and it was just such a great overall experience for a couple of newcomers to the area.

Got my first ever piercings here. I looked at around 10 different places to get my ears pierced, and they were the most reasonably priced. They don't charge for my ear lobes being pierced, and I got their cheapest option for studs(titanium), which was $48.

Gave a two star review as shop is clean and jewelry appears to be quality though that is shown in the price you pay. I like quality jewelry which is what got me to be a loyal customer over the last five years until tonight which prompted the review. I found myself trying to defend myself as Bree felt I was lying about the tubing/ product that was in my nape and having it changed there in the past... I take pride in being honest and see no benefit or reason for lying in this situation. Very unpleasant, uncomfortable, unprofessional experience and I will be finding a new place for my piercing and jewelry needs in the future.
