My daughter turned 18, and we did mother daughter tattoos for her birthday.
My daughter had an idea of exactly what she wanted, and he went with it.
He is very professional and very sanitary.

I LOVE Dr. V! He's by far the best artist I've ever met. He's very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and does everything by the book. You can go to their web page and check out his portfolio as well. I'm so glad that I checked around before decided who to go to for my tattoo. Hes been doing tats since the 90s, and it shows. His shop is top notch and he is a very safety/cleanliness 1st pro. I'll go to him for ALL my future tattoo's. Definitely the gem in Central Oregon. I'll add my tattoo pic when it's finished. VIC.....Where have you been all my life?
I have a old tattoo that Vic brought back to life and that I LOVE more now than I did when I got it 30 years ago.
Went back the next week for a vine tat around my wrist and another today around my ankle.
I made (many)changes along the way and not once did he get irritated with me! Lol. Just offered opinions and waited for me to make my final decision. No pressure.
The shop is EXTREMELY clean, he follows all Covid guidelines and is very professional.
Best of all, his laugh is contagious and his sense of humor and stories made the time fly by.
