Don’t waste your time here. Not only were the lines of my tattoo scribbled and not even close to straight, but the attention to detail is just completely lacking. On top of that, the staff is incredibly rude, standoffish and unprofessional. It’s almost like they’re running a mini cult with how they make you feel excluded if you don’t like something they’ve done. They won’t listen and one individual even threatened me when I critiqued a part of my own tattoo in the drawing phase (wasn’t even my artist who had an issue with me). Don’t come here. You’ll leave with a bad tattoo and a sour taste in your mouth

Went to see Change twice for tattoos. One tattoo was above a cesarean scar, which for a lady, is pretty low on my abdomen. Change was extremely respectful and even asked consent before touching me to place the tattoo or to start tattooing. I’ve never been treated so respectfully, even by medical staff. This shop is clean, and professional and when people ask about my tattoos, I refer them here and Anatomy Tattoo. Really love this shop and the work they put out!

Change “changed” my outlook on what it means to get a tattoo. You want someone reliable, friendly, creative and willing to work with you so you get something you are completely happy with? He’s your guy. My next appointment will be my 6th time back! Good times and clean lines all day.

My friend and I came in as "walk ins" wanting different wrist tattoos. We were greeted promptly. Cho gave me a dog tattoo that I absolutely love. While she was working on me I noticed she is an expert in dog tattoos as she had a lot of incredible art displayed. My tattoo was perfect. Very satisfied. Friend too!

I love High class. I went in with my husband to get a new tattoo and his first one! Shane is hilarious and I love all the staff. So much that after my Thigh piece and my husbands shoulder tattoo, That we came in 3 days later for 2 more! Today we are going to get our tongues pierced and I couldn't be more excited.

Got my septum pierced here on Super Bowl Sunday, wanted to go to Paramount because it was half the price but the piercing guy manipulated me into doing it by saying "you get what you pay for". Wellllll what I now have is a septum piercing that is farther forward on one side so no nose rings ever sit right. I'm incredibly disappointed. I'd skip this place for piercings, can't say anything about their tattoos.
I know I'm late on this review but I tried so hard for so long to pretend it was ok and it's not. I'm currently letting it heal so I can get it done by a better piercer.

Great customer service. I have gotten 4 of my 12 piercings here anduring wI'll never go anywhere else. The staff were professional, informative, and honest. The environment was clean, welcoming and comfortable. A pleasant surprise after the other shops I've been to.
