They are awesome. It took a very long time, however when it was our turn I could see why. They take thier time to explain, pretty close attention to your needs, and anxiety. I will be returning did other piercings.

The lady at the front desk was really nice and so was the girl who changed my piercings. However, they do not respond to emails or care about long-term customer satisfaction. The girl who changed my piercings accidentally cut me and I left bleeding. It didn't bother me much, but after the piercing fell out later that day-I was upset. I emailed them, and there was no response. So, I called over and over but was not able to get through. I ended up going somewhere else. They should not post their email address for customers if they are not going to respond.

Got a double nose piercing less than a year ago here, and decided to come in today to address the piercing bump I had on one of them- Covid kept me from coming in with all the sporadic changes in masking but I still made sure I got in there semi timely. That said, I got there today, waited (on a waitlist) for about 3-4hrs, and then another 45mins-1 hr passed in the waiting room for me to then learn that the piercer would not switch my jewelry (one stud swapped with the ring) because of the irritation. What’s crazy though is that is EXACTLY what they should’ve done, or asked me to buy new jewelry for that hole in maybe surgical steel (even though this is real gold purchased from them). Even crazier were the suggestions to purchase more aftercare after months of diligent aftercare. One call to an actually reputable piercing studio was all it took to rectify this though. And I’m glad to have the option. So while the price is “right” here - I’d probably recommend against coming here. To further the point made: between the person who checked me in and the person at the counter selling jewelry, they both shared different opinions as to what what would happen to rectify the issue with my piercing. You would think something such as aftercare/piercing problems would count as like “policy”, something you’d expect to be unilaterally known, but that’s not the case here. Shout out to the person at the door though, because their opinion at least was similar to the second and third opinions I also got after finding out that I had wasted 5hrs of my birthday waiting for lackluster service at this establishment.

Kiwi is an amazing, experienced, professional and a friendly piercer. After my first time with her, I will never go anywhere else. She is quick and explains everything. All 6 piercings have been completed by her. Healed beautifully and I keep adding to the collection.
The waiting room staff are always super cheerful offering estimated wait times (which are usually on point) They are educated on prices and the different types of jewelry offered for different piercings. Jewelry counter staff are always awesome, quick to tell what options you have, offer suggestions if wanted and quick to get you in and out.

Every person I came into contact with from the lady who talked to me on the phone, to the front desk lady, to Kiwi piercing me, were AMAZING! I felt taken care of, educated about my piercing and cleaning, and they were fast!! Definitely worth it to have these kind humans taking care of me!! I got my septum pierced and I’m already obsessed! 🥰

Kewi first pierced my Navel when I was 13, my first experience was amazing. Not only was the procedure fast, it also did not hurt at all! Now I am back, 5 years later and she re pierced it again leaving me with the same experience as last time. She reassured me even with the little bit of scar tissue it was not going to hurt and was absolutely right. I love going here! The prices are affordable, the employees give you tips and advice and the overall service is wonderful.

I haven’t been to paramount in quite a long time and I was nervous to go, however, it was a great experience. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. My piercer, Rachel, was incredible. They were so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that my jewelry selection is what I really wanted. I would definitely recommend and definitely go back if I ever wanted more piercings. They’re clearing taking Covid seriously as well and I appreciated that. I also am loving my septum piercing so much. THANK YOU!! :)
