Went to this shop kinda on a whim, this is down the street from our airbnb and we walked in and made an appointment for the next day. I got a custom tattoo done and my friend with me got a flash tattoo with slight alteration. We both saw Liana and it was the best tattoo experience we've ever had. They were so sweet and accommodating. The price was downright shocking for the quality and size of our tattoo.. Very fair and low pricing. We were just visiting from CA but we would 100% come back to Portland just to get tattooed by them again.
