My guy KILLED it. Screw waiting for 2 months to get a tattoo. We called everywhere to get one but no one would accommodate a walk-in. We called 99 Tattoo an hour in advance and he was happy to do my tattoo and a friends after hours! He killed it, anyone would be blessed to receive a tattoo from him! Great environment! Super friendly! Killer tattoos!!
