The guys at Farewell are awesome and some of the most talented artists in Central Oregon. The facility is pristine and inviting. You're immediately greeted when you come in. The guys are exceptionally good at taking your idea and putting it to paper image for you to see. It's only made better when you see the completed tattoo. The guys have a varrying degree of artistic styles... But what was most impressive to me was their honesty for the love of the trade. I had Aaron Borden begin my sleeve on my right arm 3 years ago. I moved out of state and the thought of having someone else work on what Aaron started just didnt feel right. When I finally moved back to central Oregon I went into Farewell to see if Aaron could finish it... Deke informed me that Aaron had left hut told me how i could find him. Deke didn't try to finagle his way into a sale. He knew that his style was different from Aarons and said that even though he "could" complete it for me, it would be from two different artists and as a finished sleeve, it wouldn't look right. Deke was INCREDIBLY professional and showed that he isn't just in it for the money.. He's in it for the love of it and has respect for other local artists. Once i have finished my sleeve with Aaron, i have a few design ideas for other tattoos i want, ideas that matches the style of art at Farewell Tattoo Parlor. I will definitely entrust them to get it done. 👍
