Although my experience was a while ago, the experience was one to remember, seeing how this was my first tattoo, I was a bit nervous, but Tim made feel at ease and had a great conversation while I was laying on my stomach getting my tattoo on my back. I have returned once for a touch up. The atmosphere of Dragonfly is very clean and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get inked.

Just talked to Tim about my new tattoos and he is already drawing them up for me. He has done work on both me and my husband and did a amazing job both times...I am so excited for him to do my memorial tattoo for my grandma and the other tattoo for my husband..i cant wait to get them on my skin...Thank you so much tim for making the dream of my grandmas and husbands tattoos a reality..i know their going to be beautiful and i trust you completly...

I've gotten two tattoos from different artists at Dragonfly. Andrew did the first and Shai did the second. I love both tattoos and they are EXACTLY what I had asked for. They are great to work with, very professional and great artists. Will definitely be back for any additional tats.

What can I say about Dragonfly Body Art?
First off it is a friendly and open atmosphere, and it is Clean! Being tattooed in many other shops in town over the years and working in the Eugene area. I look to see how clean a shop is when you walk in, IE: dust, look at the floor the small details. If they can't bother with that, how clean will the equipment be?
Second, the service I have never been made to feel as if I am being talked down to as some “industry” people will do. I have been made to feel comfortable, relaxed and that my input matters on my piece.

Tim has done three custom pieces on my so far and I have more to come. I brought Tim the ideas for a custom sleeve and let him take his ideas to paper. I was happy on the showing my custom drawn pieces. When it came to tattooing I was made relaxed and was able to kick back and watch a movie or TV show from his large collection.
The finished pieces I have been more than happy with them.

I have three custom works by Annee so far, and we are working on a large custom chest piece. Anne is a bright young talent and I am very proud to wear her work. I will be collecting her art for years to come.
So all in all I have found my new shop and artist.
I would not trust my canvas or my needs to any other shop.

I got my tattoo by Augi, He made me so comfortable and made sure I was happy with everything before starting, he's very repectfull and kind. A clean and chill shop, I will not go to ANYONE else but Augi, he's so talented and it shows in his work. Im proud to wear his art! I highly recommend him.

Horrible experience. The guys at the front counter were smoking inside the studio and did not welcome me in any way, with words or body language. Tim did my tattoo, and it was blotchy and lines are touching where they shouldn't be. I got a butterfly, and the antennas were missing. It was such a frustration. Holly at Zen fixed it up for me, I highly recommend her instead, as those guys have no idea what the hell they are doing!

Augi Espinoza @ Dragonfly is my new tattoo artist he is absolutely amazing. He did a memorial piece for my 5 week old son who had passed away. He really had a deep understanding of how much this tattoo meant to me and that it had to be perfect. And it was, he killed it. Thanks again Augi!

Called to get scheduled for a tattoo and got an appointment with in the hour. Clean lines, great conversation and an affordable price. Agui Espinoza did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him for your next tattoo.

I called here in the morning, made an appointment for ear piercing. Specified that it was for a 10 year old. Drove here 3hrs just to get here and to be told " as a personal preference we do ear piercing 12 years and up". I specifically called and asked!!! Unprofessional ! If I could I would leave zero stars! Not even a sincere apology! Not even her first ear piercing
