We just took our 10 year old daughter in to have her ears pierced for the first time. Rachel was wonderful with her - she really took her time to make sure my daughter understood each step and was comfortable with what was going to happen. The whole experience was very professional, from scheduling to check out, and we appreciated all of their precautions around safety during COVID. Highly recommend!

Love this place! This is where I go for all my piercings, I have very sensitive skin and never have had issues with their jewelry. The employees always are kind and walk me through the process and answer my questions ! Only down fall Is since covid, there is now A LONG wait list to be seen.

I’ve gotten the majority of my piercings here from cartilage to belly button to tongue to nose piercings. and I love this place. They are kind, look out for customers, explain everything, make you feel safe and are very clean and professional. I’ve gone other places but none are as good as black hole. I would 100% recommend this place. They are so amazing. And worth every penny!
