Never anything short of a perfect experience. I've been pierced here twice and had jewelery replaced with no complaints. Everyone has always been friendly and polite. No doubt that my next piercing will be here.

The staff was awesome! I got my navel pierced and that was even a great experience. I can’t remember his name but it was the first room to the right! He provided me with lots of info on how to clean my piercing although this is my 4th. They were great, nice, and fairly priced! I am continuing with them on getting a tattoo by Baker! Everyone’s work is awesome.

My friend got her nose pierced the other day, she looks so good with it and is happy with it. The piercer was so nice to her and made it quick and easy. The atmosphere is in the shop is phenomenal, it makes me want to come back and get my nose pierced! Thank you guys so much!

Just had my 7yr old daughter get her ears pierced here. Joey was great and friendly and everything was very clean. He is very good with kids. Even had a teddy she could squeeze. Highly recommend.

Clean and fast. Staff was very polite. We took our 15yr old daughter for some new piercings. She didn't even cry. Thats how good SB is at there craft.

This place is awesome! My daughter wanted her ears pierced but changed her mind once things got started (lots of crying). They were so kind to her and let her know it's her decision. We came back 20 minutes later and they were hospitable once again, but this time my daughter actually went through with it. I would highly recommend, especially for the above and beyond customer service.
