I’ve had Travis tattoo me 6 times and 3 were cover ups. Travis is a incredible artist. I have given him my ideas and he has turned them into works of body art. He is fast but has a gentle touch. It’s a pleasure to spend time with him while he tattoos you.

I was basically a walk in. Although I called a few hours before. Tyler answered promptly and imformed me he had a few appointments but would call me if he had some time. An hour or so later I got a call so I went in. Upon arriving I was greeted very professionally. Shop was clean. Employees were down to earth. They made me feel like a regular. I told him exactly what I wanted. With no arguments he drew it right up. It came out perfectly. Everything was great. I highly recommend this shop and Tyler. Bring cash if you go! Thanks!

We scheduled and appointment through their website about two weeks prior to our appointment. The day before I get an automated text asking to confirm my appointment which I did. Derek texted me at noon (three hours from my appointment) and explains that the time I scheduled was not enough time for what I was asking (it was a couples tattoo) He wanted to schedule me for a later time that same day. Which was a bit confusing but I explained that we couldn’t due to reservations we had for my birthday. I then asked if he did just one of us could he keep the intended scheduled time which he later ghosted me. I then sent him another text asking to let me know and again no response.
Of course I don’t think this is professional at all and it bummed me out since that was my birthday gift. I gave them a two star rating because my wife has been there in the past and hasn’t had any issues. We actually went in person a month prior to when we wanted to schedule this to make an appointment with Nate. Nate said that he doesn’t do appointments to just text him about 2-3 weeks prior. Which we did several times with no response. We then proceeded to schedule it online. Which was a bad idea.
I’ve been to two different tattoo shops and have had similar experiences. Lotus and No Regrets. All my past work has been done by Beauty from Pain and I have never had any issues at all. Always on time never had any issues. So all of this to say. Just go to Beauty from Pain on 23rd.

Ashley is an amazing artist who I can't wait to get more work from. The entire shop was comfortable and all of the artist were extremely chill and helpful. As a new OKC resident, it's nice to find several artist I can get work from at one cool spot.

Travis is great! he did a very detailed tattoo on my husbands arm that I was worried might not be able to be done properly on a human arm,but Travis did it way better than I could have imagined. We will definitely be back!
