They are very professional and great at their job. Took the time to ease my daughter’s nervous fears about getting her ears pierced. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5- when we were signing up we told them my daughter was getting her ears pierced with her best friend and the girls were excited to do this together. What the employees failed to tell us was that the girls would not be allowed to be in the room together. We waited 2 hours and then were told this news. Disappointed does not begin to describe how they felt. This information should have been shared from the very beginning so we could have made a decision before our long wait.

Took my 4yo to get her ears pierced. I had a stipulation that they both had to be done at the same time and they were totally cool with it. She HAD TO HAVE purple, and they made it happen. Shout out to Shack. (Shaq?) Greatly appreciated! We were in and out in 15 minutes. Definitely recommend!

I had a very pleasant experience! First time getting my face pierced. Didn’t catch my piercers name but they were very cool and quick about everything and carefully numbed me. The vibes are immaculate and I was at ease in seconds even with my overactive anxiety, so homey and cool! Calling in was also an ease and theyre very upfront about prices especially on the website. Can’t wait to get a tattoo here!
