Geek Ink Tattoo is your place. Cale Turpen is the best tattoo artist in the Tulsa Metro Area. Not only does he do his job well, but he also collects toys that he will let you play with. He's the only artist in Oklahoma to be licensed by LucasFilm, as well as being an all-around swell fella.
If you want hepatitis, go get tattooed in a motel.
