I got my piercing a couple of weeks ago now my piercing is stuck other than that they do a good job I just want to know what can I do to get it not be stuck I can't see the bar to get it out

Wanted to get my sons' name on my arms. When I asked how much it would be the man responded by telling me that it depends on how many letters and the design. It was only four letters and when I asked to see if they had a book with the types of letters available he responded by saying. "Nah man it's all done by computer." I was then told that he was extremely busy on the computer and if I had a seat someone would be right with me. In the back were three other people all playing on their phones. He asked them which one would wants to help me out an no one answered for two minutes. They then decided to play rock paper scissors to see who would take my money....... And when one lost he was upset that he lost and had to serve me. This place is a joke in my opinion and is extremely unprofessional. They had no one else waiting but yet I had to wait for one of them to work up the initiate to do their job? I wanted four letters but apparently my presence in their tatoo palor was an extreme inconvenience on all of them. Extremely Unprofessional!
