From the simple and clear manner to establish an appointment, to the cleanliness of the gallery, to having the tattoo designed by my artist from a rough drawing. Matt was my artist and he was prepared with his rendition of my drawing, he was extremely professional, his drawing was unique (what I wanted) and he made me very comfortable with his ability quickly, and brought his expertise on placement of my tattoo. Matt checked in with me during the tattoo to see if I needed a quick break and Matt made certain I understood my “after-care” instructions clearly. He gave me his contact number to be certain he knew I was taken care of afterwards! This is my 2nd Tattoo at Envy and again - hugely satisfied and would recommend Matt and the entire gallery team, without hesitation.
