Went in for a rook piercing but sadly my ear was not cut out for one, but they were great and helped me pick a new one suited for my ear shape. James was fantastic and very thorough in explaining what was happening and prep. Also answered all of my questions on aftercare. I will be coming back for my next piercing!

SUPER nice staff, professional, warm and welcoming!! I got my septum pierced and some jewelry changed by the apprentice Kim while Dawn watched. Dawn was super sweet and I knew I was in great hands with Kim and Dawn! I couldn't say better or nicer things!! The studio was very very clean, and they had a great selection of super nice quality jewelry. I cannot say enough good things as it was a great experience. I will definitely be back again and I recommend them to everyone!!

Our six year old daughter had her ears pierced today. The entire experience was a success. The staff at the counter welcomed us into the studio. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. The piercer was kind and gentle and made the tattoo shop a little less abrasive for a six year old. She feels like a princess and said "I can't believe I have my ears pierced!!" hundreds of times on our way home. Thank you so much!!

J.T. is the consummate professional. He told me exactly what he was doing and gave me very clear precise directions for the aftercare. He's done two separate piercings for me and by following his instructions, the piercings healed quickly and well. He's personable as well as professional. I'd definitely recommend him.
