I went in to get new jewelry for my already there cartilage, and then came back because I needed help with the piece of jewelry. I saw Brian both times and he was so kind and concerned with how to help me, and very professional and gentle with the jewelry change itself. Thank you so much!

My girlfriend and I both went to Skin Hooked to get our Septum Piercings done. Brian did both of our piercings. He was incredibly thoughtful and inclusive and made the process less scary. My piercing went in well and looked great.
Why the 2 stars? Brian SEVERELY messed up my girlfriend's. He put the piercing in way too far behind in her nose. She went back the next day to have Celeste examine it and the placing.
Celeste was appalled at how bad the piercing was placed.
