Holy cow! Hailey (probably spelled wrong) pierced my nose and omg, she was so nice and gentle! The whole place was calm and relaxed and the two girls had in the room and they just had me smiling the whole time. I highly recommend!
No Way
I strongly advise people to STAY AWAY from this place!! Go anywhere else! Got staph infection when tattooed there about 6 mo ago. At first thought it must've been from something else. But when I returned a month or so later and had it touched up I got staph AGAIN !!! What are the odds!!! Never in my life have I had staph. Clearly their sharing needles or ink or something!!! I wasn't going to say anything, but a friend convinced me to review them. I'm not the confrontational type.
Literally lived a nightmare and several thousand dollars in dr. & hospital bills!! š«š«š«š«

I went in to get my belly button pierced here and the staff was extremely rude. When the girl took me to the back to do the piercing it was extremely messy and unprofessional. As she was doing my piercing she messed it up the first time which caused me a lot of pain, I then let her try again and she messed it up, although it went through it is extremely painful and very swollen. If my piercing rejects I donāt look forward to going back and dealing with more complications. Iāve heard good things about the other piercers and I wish I couldāve got the chance to get mine done by one of them. I understand people make mistakes but the girl seemed like she didnāt know what she was doing.

Iād heard Knuckle Up had excellent staff and quality tattoos, so I went in for a consult for a cover up of my āabominationā. Brian rearranged his schedule to fit me in the next day, and my cover up is absolutely beautiful!! Everyone at the shop was kind, friendly, and patient. Iāve been tattooed at numerous shops and I can honestly say that Knuckle Up is hands-down the best.
