One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a tattoo shop. Showed up for my 3pm appointment and the tattoo artist wasn't there, sent him a text and he said he would be there in 30 minutes. Not a big deal, I understand things happen. When we showed up he was incredibly rude and said he "didn't have time to do more than one flower." I reminded him we had made an appointment over the phone and were told he would draw the design we wanted for $100. He said he never actually looked at the flowers I sent him over text and that it would take him a "month to draw what we wanted." I then reminded him we had sent in deposits and he payed us back for them, but berated us and told us "you cost me money today, I hope you're happy." My sister and I made a two hour round trip to see this artist and waited over an hour past our appointment time to even go inside and he refused to take any blame for what happened. I included the text messages with the artist because I think it might be hard to believe this review after seeing all of their good ones.

Ten32ink was a great experience if you are interested in getting a tattoo I highly recommend them the people who own and work there were extremely polite and the shop looked cool and the place itself was open and really clean the artist Jake that worked on me was professional and had a light hand in his work I will 100% be returning to get my next tattoo
