I got a cartilage piercing from here and it never healed properly until I got different, actual medical grade jewelery. I felt the piercer was rude and when I had questions would get offended.
I was interested in getting a tattoo from one of there tattoo artists and they kept telling me, "next week I will have it drawn." Time skip to a month and a half later and they stopped contacting me about it. I would have no problem if they were honest with me from the beginning.
I hope I never step foot in here again.

I got one tattoo for an artist there, it is great, he did a great job and was very nice. I then got a triple forward helix done by their female piercer and she told me I could pick any of the studs they have (for nose piercings) or these curved bars, I liked the diamonds on the studs so I went with those, paid $130.00 for it to be done, two days later one of them got pushed out, a couple days after that my ear was huge, infected, and they were closed... Went to a different shop to ask them why my ear was like that and they said that the jewelry wasn't for that area. So I did what any old person would do and called because I only had it in for a few days, paid a lot of it to get done and the only things she said they could do was pierce it for me?! After paying $130 for it, a doctors bill, and a expensive prescription that will never happen again. It sucked.. Also, when they have the 'largest selection of body jewelry', it may not be the best quality, when the other two bars were taken out of my ear they were black, jewelry should not turn black... I have never gone back there for anything, even though some of the artists are great...
