I had 2 pieces done and even though they were small, he took his time and was very thorough to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was also honest about what would work and what wouldn't. He was easy to talk to and made the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. It's always nice to be treated as a valued person and not just a number or a dollar sign.
