My first two tattoos here were great I had a great experience with the Tattoo artist, which is why I am giving three stars. Sadly my last tattoo was a complete different experience. Besides the fact the artist seemed to be rushing and was harsher than the previous one. Somehow he managed to tattoo me 3 dots on my shoulder and avoid mentioned it about, and didn’t even apologize.

Went in to get my first tattoo, got a very rude welcome from the man in the front desk acting as if I was stupid cause I asked a few questions. I then got a very rushed, crooked lined, splotchy(didn’t pick at it, and used plenty of lotion while it was healing), tattoo of something that is very special to me and represents my beliefs. I want to get it fixed but I know I’m not going back there.

I had an appointment and we didn't get started for a while, wasn't really their fault, their printer was being weird. Anyway, Chris Vann did my tattoo and he did an absolutely AMAZING job. Sierra did the artwork, I honestly could not be more pleased. Not to mention they took their time to make sure it came out perfectly, will definitely come back.
Added bonus: they have chips and soda for sale for 50¢ and $1. 😀

I recently went to Craig to get a mandala tattoo. There's so many wonderful things I could say about Craig as an artist, the experience I had and the shop overall. First off, I was late due to inclement weather. Despite my tardiness, the staff was very understanding and welcoming. After getting the stencil put on, there was a sudden downpour of rain and my Wrangler top was partially down. Craig and another artist Barry, got some trash bags, cut them open and happily went out to cover my Jeep. They saved my upholstery! They went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I had a good experience. The mandala ideas I sent Craig were very simple and common, despite that Craig was able to come up with a beautiful intricate design. He did so much shading, he truly is an artist. I've already had many compliments and have referred friends to him. I also have health issues making certain positions uncomfortable for me. Craig rearranged his entire room to accommodate comfortable seating for me. He worked on my highly detailed piece all day, and was a joy to work with! The shop is beautiful, modern, clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and professional. Even if you happen to have a negative experience (which happens, no place is perfect), they will work hard to make it right!! Fallen Saints and Craig especially, I can't thank you enough!!

Best tattoo studio in jacksonville by far. Not one bad thing to say about my experience. Im stoked about how my tattoo turned out and the atmosphere was great. Friendly staff and they keep the studio very clean. Can't say enough good things about this place. Definitely coming back.

I absolutely love it here!! I've had lots of ink and a few piercings at other establishments and none can hold a candle to Fallen Saints. Their shop is very clean, comfortable, and the staff is amazing. I've had tattoos by Barry and been pierced by Craig. Nothing but positive things to say!

Can’t say enough about Fallen Saints!!! Was looking to do a cover up and Barry did an incredible job. With all the shops in the Camp LeJeune area, they are the best. I was on a short time frame, but Barry worked with me and stayed after closing to hook me up. Incredible artist. Barry, can’t thank you enough!!!! Will definitely be back.

What a classy place for microblading, piercing and tattoos!!
Getting my eyebrows microbladed and so glad Liz is the one to do it!!! She is so calm and careful. Loves what she is doing and it shows in the quality of her work. The transformation is amazing!!!💕 Run..... do not walk to Fallen Saints to get your micro blading done, done and done!! Also must mention what a great job she did repiercing my ears! I can now wear earrings in comfort!!
