Jason has done all of my tattoos except for 2. I am highly pleased with his quality of work and attention to detail. He keeps his shop exceptionally clean and sterile, ensuring proper safe practices before, during, and after tattooing. I have recommended several people to his shop; a couple of which I know received his talent and are satisfied with the product. Highly recommend Tried and True.

I got my first tattoo by Jason about 10 years ago. It has aged very well and I've never needed to take him up on the offer for free touch ups since then. His apprentice at the time misjudged the amount of time the piece would take (which impacted the cost of the piece) but he told me not to worry about the rest, he just wanted to finish it. I felt bad, but he was super understanding and preferred that I leave with a solid piece of work instead of having to come back to finish it. I think that says a lot about how he runs his business and how he cares for his clients and reputation.
Since then, I have always recommended him to people. He's a phenomenal artist and worth every penny.

Amazing place! Staff is very professional, very clean, and super helpful. I got a decent sized arm piece done, detail was more incredible than I expected. They’re very thorough with care instructions, and I followed those and mine healed wonderfully. I’ll be coming back here for all of my future tattoos!
