Very professional. James gave me my first tattoo and made me feel very comfortable throughout. Great line work and again very professional. 100% would recommend overkill and James to anyone.

Would not recommend Daniel nor this place. Nice guy, amateur level poor quality work and should stick to booking appointments. The design looks nothing like the tattoo and the ink wore off in several spots immediately. Save yourself a coverup. Phil told me he wouldn’t do business with me again because I complained. There are some good shops in Charlotte-this just isn’t one of them. Feel free to reach out to me for more details.

Sara is AMAZING! I came in to see if she could help me with my very angry nose piercing that hadn’t healed after 6 months of having it (my old piercer was not very helpful), she changed the old jewelry with a better one and I finally started to see changes 🎊 but… after some unfortunate events (nothing to do with the jewelry itself or Sara) that piece of jewelry had to be replaced and she has walked me through everything I need to do in order to help with the healing process with the new jewelry I had to change it to. She is very friendly, is great at communicating and is extremely helpful! I’m very glad I found her!
Edit: I wanted to add to this! Yesterday, Sara contacted me to see how my piercing was doing. I thought that was such a small but great thing for her to do 🥺 I mean, she took time out of her day to contact me to see the progress! This just goes to show how much she loves her job and how great she is!
