My friend, her girlfriend and I all showed up for tattoos. My friend had texted Chris prior (she got work done before) and he responded back saying they could all get us in same day. We all worked with different artists and all were amazing! I had Juan who showed me some of his flash pieces. I was looking for a traditional butterfly with a dagger. I liked some aspects of his designs so he went and came up with a new design and I was obsessed. The location was my sternum so it is a more exposed tattoo but never once did I feel uncomfortable. I do wish they had pasties as I had to wear my jacket without a shirt or anything underneath and zip it half open. It was also painful but he made sure I was okay and allowed me to take breaks when needed.
What really stuck out to me was the way Chris treated my friend. She started to get lightheaded and he stopped immediately and got her Mountain Dew. He was educational about why she felt like she was going to pass out and gave her more than enough time to recovery. He NEVER made her feel bad for feeling faint or pressured her to continue. Her girlfriends artist, Jared, was amazing as well and made sure to engage with us all. I know it can’t be easy to tattoo someone with an audience. He even offered to finish her shading a week later as a touch up. Overall I am impressed with the service I received and I am in love with my tattoo. Thank you!

I walked-in for a navel piercing. Super quick and painless and everything was sterile and clean. Less than 30 mins with waiting and the actual service combined. They offer aftercare as well so you have everything you need to take care of a new piercing. Thanks Dee ❤️🙏🏾

Trash service ! Trash customer service; I will never go back there again, I wasted money get a single earring after the girl had an attitude about doing it, that should’ve been my que to leave, but I decided to stick it out, definitely regret it; so unprofessional and the earring came out the next day; money down the drain, I’ll make sure my friends don’t go here.

The piercer did amazing I ended up Vasovagal where I blacked out for a minute and when I came too he was kind and finished without issue after making sure I was okay for him to continue

It was very nice, someone came in right as we did, so had to wait a little. Nothing long, though. Piercer was very nice and I am happy with my piercings and placement!

This is the second piercing I've gotten from this place and both experiences were amazing. Both of the piercers were really nice and helped me feel as comfortable as possible! I got my snakebites and a vertical labret! They look really good! My snakebites are even and my labret is perfectly aligned! I would absolutely recommend going to Black Cloud! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

V (Shalom) and Amanda were both amazing! I’ve been a couple different times to get piercings, and every time the piercers were super sweet and made me feel comfortable. Great placement as well. Would absolutely come back to get more piercings. Did a fantastic job, I love my new piercings
