"RTP Tattoo Lab is the new home of Rich LaBrosse. An artist for over 22 years, 9 here in the Raleigh area. Rich is excited to move out on his own to bring you the best possible tattoo experience. Storefront is closed to the public but we are available by phone or email during normal business hours for consultations or questions. We will reopen as soon as safely allowed."

My sisters and I came here to get matching tattoos. Rich was so helpful and nice. We gave him an idea of what we wanted and he designed it for us! We couldn't be happier. He is very patient and will give you as much time as you need go decide what you want. Very professional! Rich is very talented and is a wonderful artist.

I'll start by saying that Rich is a class act. My first experience with Rich was at Warlocks a little over a year ago - I had just moved to the area and was going from shop to shop trying to find a new artist. I ended up choosing Rich because of his laid back personality and obvious professionalism. It was a no-brainer for me to follow him once he made the move to start his own place (RTP Tattoo Lab) and he's been tattooing me there ever since. I have about five medium/large pieces done by him and plan on getting many more. I would highly recommend Rich if you are looking to get some serious ink done!

Rich is very professional and his price was extremely reasonable given his wealth of experience and the great quality of his work. I had never had a tattoo before and he listened and answered all my questions. He gave me exactly the tattoo I wanted. Would definitely go back.

I can't say enough positive things about Rich and this shop. I recently had my first piece done by Rich, after receiving strong recommendations for his work.
The shop is easy to get to off I-40 (just a couple of turns), and sits in a little strip shopping center. Rich immediately puts you at ease--he is amiable but obviously also professional. The shop is very clean and has some Star Wars artifacts and posters along the walls (a major plus in my book).
Rich is very willing to chat or make small talk while working on your tattoo, and has lots of great stories, but is also fine with silence. He walked me through the prep stuff he did, just because I was curious. I could not be happier with how Rich did my tattoo, and he is the only number I am calling whenever I want to get my next piece done.

This is my second piece done by Rich. Both are excellent quality. One is 6 years old and still very detailed. He's light-handed and isn't going to drag through your skin. This latest time around I had a memorial piece done and he took the time to offer his personal opinion on how I should go about that considering how it may impact me in the future. Additionally, I am high-risk so was extremely nervous to get a tattoo during COVID times, but Rich follows great protocols and is the only one in the shop right now so you don't have to worry about so many people indoors with you. Pic attached is of phase 1 of my 2nd piece.

Rich is an amazing, talented and conscientious artist. I first went to him 22 years ago when he was starting out and I have never gone to anyone else. I have traveled to various states over the years and rarely plan a road trip that doesn't involve a stop in NC to get another tattoo from Rich. He is able to transform the jumbled thoughts in my head into beautiful art that I am proud to display and happy to look at daily. His shop is very clean and comfortable and I wouldn't go to anyone else. My husband got his first tattoo from Rich and is still getting more. We are always throwing around ideas of what the next one will be...even after I think I'm done. I'm up to 9 and counting. 😊

Absolutly awesome experience!. I had RTP do put together a concept for a tattoo of my daughters footprints.Gave them the footprints and a loose idea, they did an amazing job from start to finish. Rich was very professional and great to talk with while he worked. I am incredibly proud to have my tattoo and truly amazed at the quality of his art.
