First off, I can’t recommend this place enough and say how great they are. Heather does an amazing job tattooing and pays such an attention to details (you can really tell she takes pride in her art form), not to mention she provides very clear and concise aftercare instructions. As for piercings, Jen is awesome at it and is just as clear as Heather when it comes to aftercare and is upfront with what to expect (also made me laugh before and after to help with the nerves that comes with any sort o body modification for me).
Overall, definitely check them out!!!

Please use APP approved piercer. I impulsively went into this place as I was visiting Asheville. My Septum is crooked. I had a consult with a piercing (APP approved) shop a week later to ensure everything was healing ok. I knew my piercing looked crooked but was told by Jennifer that it will be straight when the swelling goes down - it didn't. the entry and exit holes do not align. Was going to consider getting a tattoo appointment in Jan/Feb but i'll steer clear.

Always a wonderful experience at this shop. Jen recently re-pierced my eyebrow for me and I have never felt more taken care of by a piercer. She chatted with me and made me feel like a friend. She was gentle, extremely thorough and provided me with detailed aftercare instructions. I would never go to another piercer again.. look no further for the best piercing experience in Asheville!

Awesome experience! Having never gotten a tattoo before, I was a bit nervous, but Heather took her time explaining the process, and drawing exactly what I wanted. It was amazingly not painful (my friend had told me that Heather has a light hand), and I have a beautiful tattoo as a result. I can't stop looking at it! I was given great aftercare instructions, and feel that both Heather and Jenn were very supportive and professional. It's a safe, clean, drug-free environment.

Just got my nips pierced and it was SUCH a good experience. This place is so professional but still cool. I would definitely recommend it! The all women staff put me so at ease, and I was SO anxious at the outset. I don't know much about piercings which usually makes me feel like a poser, but everyone here was so kind! They really break the stereotype that tattoo artists are rude. So great!

Oh my gosh, Jenn was phenomenal!! I was extremely nervous, but she explained every step thoroughly and did her best to help me relax and breathe. I had high hopes going in and she surpassed them. Absolutely wonderful, will definitely be going back!
