Looks like a hair salon. Owner seemed like he knew what he was doing whilst Noah, didn't give me a strong sense of ability. More over had 5 hours to do a piece that draped around the entirety of the neck. He didn't even make it to the shoulders. Charged my friend 600 dollars. Also his coworker was talking about social awareness, and PTSD like he was the authority on it. I chuckled at some point. (Granted, probably could have done without that.) He then turned to me, for my opinion. I didn't really wanna have this conversation with him, yet he pressed on. Mr. Noah freaked out at me. Said I was flaring up his PTSD or something or another words. Stormed off. Friend said he did not return for an extended period of time.
