Jen pierced my rook and was professional and friendly! She said if I bought another earring when it healed she would help me put it in. Another place told me the same thing- but I felt I had to buy the new earring from them. Jen felt like a friend I could call and discuss new earring and I would feel totally comfortable asking her for help! Plus very little pain with piercing! Quick and easy!
