Amazing shop! Jae is an awesome tattooer! Recently got my hand done with a rose and constantly get compliments. Of the few tattoos I’ve gotten there they came out way cooler than I could imagine! Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area!

Jae has done almost all of my tattoos. He does exceptional work. I've been getting my tattoos done by him for over 13 years and he exceeds my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get anything done. He's not only good at tattooing but he's the coolest tattoo artist you'll ever meet. I would rate him higher than 5 stars if I could.

I had Jae revamp an old tattoo. He took what started as a nineteen-year-olds tag on the arm and turned it into a beautiful work of art. This amazingly talented brother completed my work without pain just minimal discomfort. I highly recommend Jae and his tattoo shop. Look no further if your want a clean shop, that's easy to get to with a creative artists with great chair side manners.
Luckily for me Jae it's in my neighborhood (because I will be returning) but he is well worth traveling to.

So not happy with the tattoo that I received at this place. From the very beginning the letters at the end of the tattoo looks like a ink blob. They're not defined at all. Now a couple of years later it looks even worse. I will never get a tattoo from this place ever again.

I have been going to Jae for many years. I have always had outstanding work done by him. This past Saturday, July 11th was my first time visiting his new shop in Fort Greene. His studio is clean, professional, and has a real laid back vibe. I had a head piece done to memorialize my dog Vader - he was so psyched to do it! It came out better than I had hoped for and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll be paying Jae many more visits in the future. I’ve already got my next date set up for the end of August. Go see Jae! You won’t be disappointed!

I was on a 5 day holiday in NY, ( visiting from Australia!).
I contacted Jae with very short notice asking him if he could do 5 different tattoos for me. I met him at his shop and put down a deposit and he was able to accomodate me the very next day!
He kept his shop open late just so he could tattoo me before i had to return home. I got a cat on my shin, a rose on my knee, writing on my forearm, writing on my inner lip and a touch up on one of my fingers, and i couldn't be more happy with all 5 of them!!!!
He was warm and welcoming the whole time and we were able to get to know each other quite well throughout.
I would highly recommend visiting Electric Lotus for your next tattoo!!!

Jae did my daughter's (Natori) first tattoo today. What a pleasant experience. The shop is clean and comfortable. The Playlist was great. He made her feel very relaxed. Im sure she will be going back and I will let him do some work on me. When in Brooklyn, check him out. Thanks Jae.
