My best friend vome to 4 star for her tattoos from Ft Worth, Tx, because Mark is so talented. She gets compliments everywgere she goes. Then when she tells them where she gets them, they say, "Oh, no!" She tells them, "Oh, yes! And they are permanent, so it's worth the trip!"
