Amazing experience. Went to Made Sacred for my first tattoo. Got a Japanese sleeve from Zach. For being my first time in a tattoo shop and was a bit nervous, not knowing what to expect, this was a great experience. Everyone was very nice and professional. The shop environment is cool, calm and friendly. Zach made me feel welcome and made my first session (and other sessions) smooth. Amazing artists. This shop has set the bar very high for other tattoo shops in Albuquerque, even though I know I will be coming back here for any future tattoos.
Update: had such a great experience i started my other arm sleeve with Zach and Made Sacred.

My friend went here for a tattoo, her first. She isn't the type of person to really have many of these, and she spent years deciding and designing what she wanted. The tattoo was on her back so she couldn't see it while they were putting it on, and they put the symbol on her back BACKWARDS!!!!!!!!!!! if this wasn't bad enough, they wrote a lame email to her saying they wouldn't give her any type of settlement if she wanted to have it corrected or removed!!! Beware of these people.
And in response to your response..she was living in Cruces for 3 months and actually was only here in the States for a couple months because she permanently lives out of the country....and yet you were so generous (not) to offer that she drives 3.5 hours to come back to the place that made such a horrible error... to fix it??? You DIDN'T do the right thing at all. This error is not fixed by firing someone...her tattoo is permanent...full of blue ink. Very bad business decision that shows what you are made of. If you would have given her a settlement, she could have gone somewhere in her country or in Cruces to fix this mistake.
