Joe the piercer is absolutely amazing!! My piercings didn’t even hurt !! He was super out going provided amazing customer service!! I also got my tattoo done the same day by Nick and he was absolutely amazing my ink work is incredible!! I will never go to another tattoo artist or piercer again! These two are incredible!

I got my first cartilage piercing here with Joe Chavez and haven't gotten my ears priced anywhere else. I even drive 3 hours just to get them done here. With that being said thank goodness they take walk ins!

So I went in to get an industrial piercing and left with a nose piercing instead. Joe Chavez had a look at my ears and was straight honest about the fact that the industrial wouldn't work because of the shape of my ears. I appreciate his honesty. My nose piercing is perfect and I'm glad i listened to him. I look forward to seeing him again and getting more work done. My husband did get his industrial piercing from Joe and he isn't one for piercing but he is so happy with it. He was sore for maybe 2 days.
I'm glad we both waited and we were lucky enough to be in the mall that day. Clean, professional, honest, and available if we had any questions.
I would also like to add that we bought clothes and shoes there and I'm happy with the unique style and the fact that it's not like all the other stores. Thank you again and see you soon.

Joe Chavez has don’t almost all of my piercings! Very cool guy I wouldn’t go anywhere else! He gets the piercing done fast and helps with any last minute jitters love them all!

I love factory edge I have had my industrial pierced my joe Chavez and it healed so fast and looks great, I also have had my belly button pierced by joe as well! I have multiple tattoos done by Ayden and he’s such a talented tattoo artist. I got a small tattoo that reads “ die with memories not dreams” and small written tattoos are complicated to get the writing line work good, but the tattoo looks awesome! He will be my forever tattoo artist. But everyone at the shop is extremely good at there job from piercing or tattoos! Thank you factory edge.

I went in on Sunday 7/3 for my septum and my daith. Joe was the one who pierced both. He got my Cartledge instead of my sweet spot which hurt so bad! I was cleaning it the way I was supposed to and After 4 days of being in so much pain and following my gut feeling I went to Evolution Body Piercing and had one of their guys look at it. They said it was pierced to far back and to far up and it was crooked!! They had to take it out so it wouldn’t get infected. So far my ear has been fine. I read good reviews on here and had a friend tell me to go here also. So I did. Maybe he was having a bad day or maybe he didn’t want to do my piercings. But now I spent that money for nothing to have them take out my noise piercing because it was done in correctly! The other guy at Evolution could see my sweet spot right away! Never going back here. Sent them an email to get my money back since I had a botched job. Haven’t heard from anyone. They were close and convenient however I’ll rather go to the other side of ABQ to get it done right.

Got my belly button pierced at factory edge about a year and a half ago by Joe Chavez! I absolutely love it and he did an amazing job. I felt comfortable and he was very thorough about the process before piercing me. Definitely will be going back for further piercings/tattoos!!
