Loved that they accepted walk-ins. I went for a nose piercing. Wait time was less than 10 minutes and my piercer was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and even provided his card for any questions. I love my nose stud and if I need any other piercings, I will definitely go back! Staff was friendly and prompt, location was clean, Covid guidelines followed and it was easy to get to within Cottonwood Mall.

I always recommend Factory Edge to anyone and everyone that wants to get a piercing. Joe is the absolute BEST piercer! He’s done almost all of my piercings and I love them, they all heal amazing and are exactly what I want. I recommend my best friend to go to him and she’s been going to him ever since. He’s so nice, calm, professional and is always welcoming. Not just him tho, everyone who works there are so welcoming and nice. A great place and amazing employees.

Yes! Get your piercing(s) done here! I made the spontaneous decision to get my second ear piercing done, and Factory Edge was the only shop that could accommodate on a weekend. So grateful for my piercer Joe Chavez, who made me feel immediately at ease and clearly took such pride in his work. I am medical so can tell you his sterile technique was great. 10/10 would come here again to get any future piercings (or maybe a first tattoo??) done here - even though I’m coming all the way from Albuquerque! Thank you, Factory Edge! I love my piercings and they’re healing beautifully.

Great place to get a piercing! A few months back I went in to get my nose pierced. Joe was very professional and quick! He explained the aftercare instructions an also gave me information on how the process is done to reopen some of my other piercings I previously had. Also great pricing! I will be going back! Hopefully for a tattoo next!

Joe Chavez is amazing! Knowledgeable, clean and he explains the whole process to you. He also gives you his personal number to contact him with any questions. I am 100 percent satisfied. Also my least painful piercing so far. I would recommend him to anyone. All the positive reviews are true.

I brought my 11 year old daughter here for her ear piercing with Joe C. We had had a terrible experience with her ears getting pierced at another mall establishment 2 years ago and the infection lasted for months until I just let the holes close. Having them pierced by Joe was our 2nd attempt at letting her have pierced ears. He took extreme caution to maintain an aseptic environment. He did a great job at explaining everything before he did, was very kind and professional, and did a fantastic job with her after care. We highly recommend Joe and Factory Edge was recommended to us by a friend before we came in. We are very happy we took their advice!

If you’re looking for a great piercer, go to Joe. He is by far my favorite piercer. He’s done 11 of my piercings and I’ve always been very happy with all of them! He does a great job at making you feel comfortable in that environment. I always recommend him to people looking for a piercer

Joe helped me fix an infected piercing given to me by a different tattoo studio. He replaced the studs with gold hoops (per my request) and explained how to take care of my piercings, and made me feel comfortable. It was a good price price for the privacy, care, and cleanliness.

I got two piercings and my friend got two also yesterday. Joe was really great! He made the experience fun! I have a lot of piercings and all the previous piercers were really serious, which is good but a fun experience is the best. He really made us feel comfortable and when we bled a lot, he sat with us and waited until it stopped bleeding. He made conversation with us. Super great dude and great piercing experience! He made sure our piercings were straight and put them in places that were best suited for the area and for our looks

Went in to try and find a new longer barbell for a swollen, irritated piercing that was causing me a lot of pain, and the girl who helped me was awesome. She listened to all my concerns and helped me pick a cute set that turned out to be even cheaper than I was planning to pay. After less than 8 hours with the new bar in, I was already feeling significantly better and now, a little over a day later, the irritation has nearly subsided. Unfortunately I didn't catch the young lady's name and even if I had, my memory is a black hole where information goes to die, so if you're the nice girl with the sparkly pink shoes I complimented, I hope both sides of your pillow are cool and you wake up with nothing but good hair days. ❤️
