I’m not sure why a $10 jewelry change ended up being $65. I’m also not sure how you don’t have a certain jewelry in stock and that threaded jewelry is something you don’t carry. The overall experience seemed like a money grab. I won’t be going here again.

Called to ask what I should book my appointment under seeing as the exact piercing wasn’t listed. The girl answering the phone answered my question, and then laughed at me as if I were stupid. Guess that’s the red flag I needed, to go somewhere more professional.

I lost my tragus jewelry who knows how long ago. As soon as I walked in, I knew I made a good choice. They were all professional and willing to help. I would consider them COVID prepared, they all had masked and asked me to wash my hands before even looking at the jewelry. They squeezed me in before the next appointment, switching out the post and adding the jewelry I picked out (great selection, btw). In and out within 15 minutes. Great experience and I will continue to shop there for more.

No other shops would pierce me cuz it was too close to closing time, but they pierced me 10 minutes before closing time. I am super stoked with my piercing... Not to mention this shop is the coolest environment. Reminds me of the gas station from House of 1000 Corpses! 😜👌 Definitely returning there for all my work!
