Ok so here is my experience. I contacted this shop through Facebook initially to let them know what I wanted and to see if what I wanted was something they would be able to do, then I went up to the shop to make an appointment in person and spoke to them again about what I wanted. The next available appointment they had was a week later. Fine, I set it. The day before the appointment I get a text about a family emergency and that they would reach out to me as soon as possible to reschedule. I was sympathetic and understanding to the situation. But then weeks go by NO call, no text, to IM. Then a month!! So I reached out to them.... Got an " Oh my god. I'm so sorry hahahahaha. I was apologizing for not getting back sooner. I'll call u after my appointment." On April 1st, well I guess that was an April fools joke because as of today, April 11th I still haven't gotten that call from 10 days ago. This is ridiculous and I have never had such a terrible experience with a tattoo shop, and I have been to many. I had high hopes but I will take all the signs ahead of time for exactly what they are. I wanted a special tattoo done for a very special occasion, thanks to this tattoo shop, I was unable to do that. The worst experience ever.
