168 Tattoo

I was looking for a new tattoo shop & what stood out about this place was the good reviews, the events they do to benefit animals & over all professionalism. They had a Halloween tattoo special going so it seemed like a good opportunity to go check them out. Rich did an amazing job! He just went above & beyond making sure the design & placement would work for a cover up over an old tattoo. He could've said 'no', but kept trying until he found a way. I also got to meet the owner who was super sweet & gave good after care directions. The shop was clean, great communication in regards to making the appointment & I felt comfortable just being there.

My wife booked an appointment for me for my birthday to get a new tattoo at 168 Tattoo. The shop prior to my appointment had already drawn up some ideas and was easily accessible through text leading up to the appointment. The shop is beautiful and clean, the staff was extremely kind and personable, and I'm really happy with my new tattoo. I can't say enough nice things about my experience at 168 Tattoo.

Called here the other day to see if I could get an appointment. Leah got me in right away. What a great shop, definitely one of the coolest I've ever been in. Rick & Leah make you feel right at home. I got two great traditional tattoos form Rich, & couldn't be happier. I will certainly be back. This place is a gem, be sure to check them out for your next tattoo!

This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a tattoo shop. Me, my husband, and my father-in-law all got work done and we couldn’t be happier. The people there were amazing, the shop was an incredible atmosphere, and we will 100% get all of our future work done here. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Very friendly shop. The co-owner greeted every single patron for tonight's event and there were tons of people. Inside, the waiting area is interesting and eclectic (which helps the nervous patron while waiting!) The rooms are clean and inviting. The artist we had was the other co-owner, (talk about marriage goals) he was just as friendly and engaging as his wife.
We will absolutely be back again and again!

Rick and Leah are good people! Two tattoos here and I love the vibe and the decor. I'd definitely recommend them to others. Fair prices and good work. Grab a button or two while you're there.

Got my second ever tattoo at this place and was pleased as punch. The atmosphere is fantastic and there are so many cool things to see that you'll always find something new every time you come in. Everyone there is a treat and feel like old friends by the time you leave. The tattoo artists are skilled, clean, and quick. The best thing about this. Business is how often it holds events for some great charities and organizations from animal rescues to veterans. If your into traditional or looking for that next anime/video game tattoo I'd definitely recommend this place!

Hands down one of the coolest, friendliest shops in new Jersey. Staff is great and the work is awesome, super super clean. So glad I decided to stop by, will definitely be back. Thanks Rich for the great work!
