I reached out to Tony at Inking out loud with a specific tattoo in mind. From my first interaction with Tony and the shop to the day of my appointment I was blown away by his enthusiasm, attention to detail, he is just an all-around great human. Unlike many shops Tony wanted have a conversation and picked my brain till we settled on the final piece.
