They're the best around and its just that simple... But if you need more than my word about Dave and the crew over at Brand New Tattoo, their passion for what they do radiates through their ink. I've now had two sessions with them to help commemorate the birth of my children and I was not disappointed.
When I first contacted them, I was recommended by a mutual friend. Being a bit uncertain on what exactly I was looking for, their staff took the time to help me hone in on a design. At a certain point, you could see that it went from being my vision to a joint venture of sorts and their ability to understand my vision made it apparent that they were an above and beyond kind of business.
Its also worth noting their tireless efforts to maintaining a clean and sanitary facility during these uncertain times. With my second tattoo being done just recently, I was greeted at the door with a masked employee who then took my temp and asked qualifying questions about potential symptoms BEFORE I was allowed to step foot in the door. Masks are required in their studio and social distancing is properly implemented in all areas of the building.
If you're looking for the best ink in New Jersey and even the tri-state area, look no further.

Got my first tattoo done by the owner Mike. It was such a great experience! The shop was clean and has closed off rooms where you get tattooed. Everyone is professional and very nice. They walked me through the entire process and made sure I was okay the entire time. Would definitely recommend to first timers! Thanks guys!

Chris Seldon is an amazing artist, not just someone that does tattoos. He takes the time and makes any adjustments and/or changes to make sure that you're getting exactly what you're looking for....... Took a while to get in because we were walk-in, but the person we had named Nicki was amazing, did both our ankle tattoos so well, lines looked incredible and great color. Very good place!

I went into Brand New Tattoo today and had my first ever tattoo done by Mike. He did an amazing job, he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Mike did an amazing job and I highly recommend Brand New Tattoo to anyone looking for their first tattoo or their 50th tattoo!! I LOVE my tattoo! Thank you Mike and Staff!! :)

My friend and I got tattooed by Dave Klama just about 4 months ago at the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market. The tattooing process alone I was in an abnormal amount of pain but in the weeks & months now afterwards what we have both gone through is awful. Both of our tattoos were in so much pain down to the veins and were not healing correctly. They were bleeding and ink was leaking from it. I emailed Dave explaining the situation and at first asking for help and advice. I finally had to see a doctor about it who prescribed me both oral and topical medication for the tattoo and explained it was caused from the tattoo being done too hard & too deep in my skin. My tattoo will never heal correctly and will remain a scar on my arm with ink missing. When I asked Dave via email for a refund for both my friend and I ($40 each) he had me going back and forth with him for over a month before finally sending it to me. It was insane. Didn’t empathize at all and barely seemed to care. Now 4 months later my friend is back at the doctors since this tattoo is STILL causing her pain and has even deformed her skin. It’s amazing this guy is still tattooing. We were 2 people in the same day, I can’t imagine the amount of other people who have experienced this horrible problem at his hands
