So thrilled with my beach scene! Sean is so incredibly talented, sweet & professional. Sat for 3 1/2 hours, he has such a light hand. Can’t wait to add the finishing touches next month. I highly recommend Sean and the team at Arrows & Embers. Clean and cool space, friendly people, professional but fun atmosphere. And organic ink! Thank you!!!

We have been looking forward to getting a tattoo from Sean since we saw his beautiful work at the Boston Tattoo Convention 7 years ago. He was so worth waiting for and well worth the drive from South Shore, MA. Jenn was amazing in all the steps leading up to our appointment. Sean is incredibly friendly and professional. I worked with Sean Ambrose for nearly 2 ½ years on an extensive and ambitious full-sleeve project. I came to him with an idea that was initially impossible to achieve, but Sean made suggestions that turned the piece into something truly extraordinary. He is excellent at building your trust. I knew I was in good hands during our entire experience together. And his talent is impeccable. My sleeve required very detailed portraits on a smaller scale, and Sean blew my expectations out of the water. He is extremely professional, clean, friendly and the entire Arrows & Embers crew makes you feel right at home the moment you walk through their doors. I am truly grateful for my entire experience there, and I will definitely be visiting again for my next tattoo. Amazing, amazing, amazing.

Heard good things about you guys. Been wanting another tattoo lately the latest prices I've gotten from one other place for 220 I think but a 50 dollar down deposit. What do your prices range to ..?

I cannot thank Sean Ambrose enough!! He took my idea and made it better than I could even imagine. The tattoo he did for me was GORGEOUS!! Line work was amazing and his use of color blew my mind. On top of all that, he's friendly and a great listener. My overall experience was WELL WORTH the hour-long drive, and I can't wait to come back as a returning customer.

I recently dropped in for a three hour sitting with Sean at this location and had a killer time. The store was really cool and comfortable to be in, the space where he tattoo'd me was really comfortable and semi-private. The staff are super friendly and talkative and detail oriented.

As for the tattoo itself, Sean and I had a quick consultation a while back and agreed on some changes to my original idea, which was very straightforward. When I sat for the tattoo he also suggested a few changes to the composition on the fly which made perfect sense, now that it's done I'm glad we made those changes. He was really cool to talk to during the sitting too!

Two weeks later and the tattoo looks killer, it's my smallest tattoo but it was also the easiest healing process I've been through. Follow Sean's advice! I personally can't wait to come back for more.

I’ve been driving over an hour to get tattooed by Will for over a year now and will absolutely continue doing so. He’s very professional and strives to give you the best possible tattoo. He’s excellent with taking an idea and adapting it to ensure it works well as a tattoo and for the area of the body. Very clean lines that heal boldly and cleanly. The shop itself has such a welcoming vibe and is extremely cleanly. It is always a treat coming up to Arrows and Embers! Well done!

I got tattooed by Will Self today and it was a great experience. I scheduled the tattoo within the week of getting it and Will was able to take me in; I was very happy about that. The shop was clean and Will was respectful, professional, and talented. Very clean lines. He did exactly what I had in mind. He was also fun to talk to. Would definitely get more tattoos from him!

Anastasia is the real deal. I am super pleased with the entire experience. Her collaboration on my ideas was perfect and I could not be more happy with the results. She did one piece in February and my second from her was completed this week. ...just can't say enough...

Recently had a really fantastic tattoo experience here. The vibe of the shop is so relaxing and welcoming. There is a bit of a wait for any of the artists there, but they were able to get me in sooner than originally scheduled (would have been well worth the wait even if not!). My session with Amy couldn’t have been better. She’s an impressive artist and awesome person. Will definitely be back!
