I absolutely adored my experience with this shop. My artist was so enthusiastic about what he did, and it just made me feel even better about getting them. It was a clean shop and clean process, and the tattoos came out great! Especially for white ink tattoos! Fantastic place, I would definitely recommend it to anyone in Reno.

Was here from out of state to visit family. I planned on getting pierced ( nipples & VCH ) while on vacation to have to heal while off work. I'm so glad I picked this place. Ron was very very friendly, comforting, professional, and very educated. I am confident if I ever need to ask him anything during the healing process, he said he would just be a phone call away.....even from Kansas!😁

Ive been here for all of my piercings, and i absolutely love the friendly environment. The workers are very knowledgeable on what they do, talked to one of the tattoo artist's and he was one of the most helpful people to give me a estimated price for an upcoming tattoo, over all just an amazing group working at this shop. -Sierra Loebig

The first time I went with a friend they did a good Job with my nose piercing the man was very nice but they messed up my friends tongue piercing. He put it in at an angle where it hit her tooth. So she had to go back and get stuck again to get it fixed. I went back with another friend to do my lip because he was so nice the first time and he refused to do it. I tip well and had drove all the way there for his services. Was waiting outside before they opened to have it done, but he said it wasn't his day to do piercings and was not willing to make an exception even though I went there when he told me he worked so he could . I will never go back or recommend them again. I think the owner's response was very humorous. To compare me with somebody trying to get something for free , I did not ask for a discount or any free work to be done, also I gave them a $20 tip both times I went in. It just proves my point they don't care about their customers and do not have good customer service. When I find somebody I like I prefer to keep going to that person. if you are like that I would not recommend this place. Even if you are respectfull and tip well they will still refuse to help you. The owner was not helping a customer at the time and was not busy. They just don't value returning customers.

My 16 year old son got his ears pierced here today. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as down to earth and made him feel super comfortable. I was also very happy that in order for them to pierce my underaged son, they needed solid proof that I was his parent and allowed to give my okay. Very nice to know someone else's mama couldn't just take him in without my knowledge. Thank you guys!

I was in here about two months ago to get my first tattoo in honor of my father and the lady who did my tattoo (I'm sorry I can't remember your name) was amazing. She helped me out through everything. Picking the font, how big I wanted it and where the placement would be. I have anxiety and she made me feel very comfortable and talked to me when I got nervous about it. I'm planning on going back for the rest of my tattoo and probably this weekend to get pierced. I recommend this shop to any of my friends who ask for a good piercing/tattoo place.
