I called to see if i could come in for a walk in piercing. Came in shortly after and they told me they couldn't do it that night. Called again the next night and asked again if I would for sure be able to come in for a walk in. I explained that I called the previous night and was denied. They again said yes that they would FOR SURE be able to that night and assured me they were open late. I show up about 15 minutes after I called and they once again turned me away. Saying they didn't have a piercer. I find it very frustrating that I wasted gas and time twice when I was told I could come in. It seems there lacks communication between who answers the phone and what's actually going on in the shop.. very unprofessional and disorganized. I had planned on getting a lot of work done here, but won't be wasting my time and energy anymore.
Response: amazing you had a piercer both days just not when I came in right after calling and making sure I could. Yeah ok. I don't doubt your piercing reviews . I'm saying your customer service is scrap.

A professional and charismatic piercer, what more could you want? I came as a walk-in for a septum piercing and they took care of me immediately. (It is about 45 minutes for them to sterilize tools and get the jewelry ready, but the process itself is quick and painless) Wayne knows what the heck he’s doing and he makes sure you do as well. He talks you through some details about what you’re getting and what he’s going to be doing, as well as aftercare. I came in nervous and walked out at ease with my piercing. He is extremely friendly and makes sure you’re comfortable. If you’re looking for the right place to get some work done, look no further, you have found the one.

Originally, I left this shop a poor review, but that was definitely unfair. This shop does excellent work, both piercings and tattoos. I was upset because I walked in last minute to get a tattoo and was turned away, but to be honest, a last minute tattoo is a poor choice anyway. You want time to go over your pattern and make sure that's what you really want.... You don't want to be the last minute tattoo anyway. That's the type of thing that could piss an artist off. You don't want to do that.
Alsoo the artist may be tired at the end of day... Bottom line is that this place does excellent work.. Definitely worth going back.

My son and I visited this shop to get some work done. It was my son's first tattoo. Not only was this shop friendly, courteous and professional, they treat you like you are apart of their family. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Wayne has many years of experience in tattooing and it absolutely shows. I highly recommend this place and will be back to get more work done. The shop does appear to get busy so scheduling an appointment would be beneficial.

This place is absolutely fantastic! I've been to others and none of them have made me feel comfortable.. Besides Painless Wayne's! I'm very awkward around people and there was zero judgement about that. They numb you when you get a piercing and I believe tattoos and try to make it hurt as less as possible or even no pain at all! Hence, "Painless" in the name. Lol. Everyone there was amazingly nice and I'll keep coming back everytime I need something.

Just moved to Vegas from Toronto and got a tattoo by Wayne a few days ago. That guy is one hell of a genius and has a great imagination and creativity. Messaged him and got replies back within 10 minutes and sent him a picture of my arm and what I want to get done and he had an idea within 5 minutes. Tattoo came out amazing and with a great price. His shop is attractive and is a real chill place, also played the blues group in the background and I strangely fell in love with them. Highly recommend him, thanks again man!

The owner is definitely worthy of more than 5 stars in my opinion. He pierced my 15 year olds nose last night and he talked her through every thing and explained everything beyond anything I've experienced before. My daughter was super comfortable and happy and at any point did her piercing hurt. Will definitely be going back very soon.

This is Marta ... I went here to get my nipples repierced after a few years and the piercer was amazing!!! Knew exactly what he was doing and has great feedback on any previous mistakes other piercers have done wrong . Makes you feel very comfortable and makes it as painless as possible. Definitely going back and I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here!!!
