i’ve come here for my nose, nipples and my daughters ear piercings and always had nothing but a perfect experience. everything done has had perfect placement and everyone is always super nice and laid back.

Called twice to ask about getting a piercing and was assured I could walk in. I asked if I could make an appointment and was told no. I said I'd be in between 530 and 6 and they said that's fine. I came in at 540 and was told I couldn't get pierced until 8. The woman at the register was extremely rude. I told her that I called twice and was assured I could walk in and she said "well that's life".
Don't bother with this place.

Today was my second visit. Last time was back in October I think (it’s been a rough 4-5 months). Daniel tattooed my fingers on my first visit. Still loving them! And today he pierced my septum and eyebrow. He’s kind and knowledgeable! Also consulted with him on a tattoo and am going back again on Saturday afternoon! Highly recommend!

Saw another customer get a piercing and the piercer says “don’t get mad at me, you asked for it”. After not warning her when he was going to pierce, he then proceeded to roughly handle the FRESH piercing. If you mess up own up to it. Do not let it out on the customer when there is solid evidence that they have done nothing to upset you. Unprofessional and should not be working around people if he does not know how to shut his mouth and do his job. Would not recommend this shop if that boy is still working there, only means they are dismissing his awful and disrespectful behavior. Disgusting.

I find it funny that this place responds only to positive reviews; that already tells you what you need to know. THEY DON’T CARE! The most disgusting place. Specifically the rude piercers. There are so many MUCH BETTER places to go if you’re around Vegas. Skip this shop. They didn’t even pierce correctly. Good luck to anyone who visits. Waste of money.

If I could get give this place 0 stars I would. Please do not go here! I was harshly discriminated against and disrespected. Funny because their name is diversity they should definitely change it. The only piercer was extremely rude yelling and cursing at me and the rest of the staff. The place is very dirty looking and overall I did not feel safe there at all. Please avoid at ALL cost if you value your dignity and health.

I’ve had my nose pierced 2 different times here and I just had my daughters nose pierced here for her birthday. They are always very pleasant and friendly at this location and the prices are great! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
