Thry were wonderful while planning a tattoo with them. Sadly had to cancel but they were extremely understanding! Looking forward to scheduling with them in the future.

Absolutely unprofessional and terrible business practice. I'm not one to put bad reviews normally but this was especially terrible. Management you're more than welcome to contact me directly. Thank you! DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND EXPECT THEM TO KEEP IT! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR TIME!

This place is awesome! They were all super cool! Ran into Shane in the hallway and he took a look at what I wanted, then got me in and done the next day! Super cool vibes, clean and safe! If you want a Tat in Vegas this is the place to go!! Mine is small but something I really wanted! Thank you! #sohappyithurts

I did not have a good experience attempting to get a tattoo at this parlor. I emailed them to get an appointment and after 3 days never received a reply.
I went in Saturday at around 2pm to inquire about an appointment since I could not get a reply via email. The women at the front seemed very inconvenienced that I came in. I told her what tattoo I wanted (30 min tattoo, maybe) and I was open to either that day or the next for an appointment. She took down my name and number and said she would call me that day with an appointment. Being told that, I did not make an appointment anywhere else.
Day came and went, no call. Early next day, no call. It was time to get on the road back to San Diego. I went in to the shop to let them know that I didn't receive an email or call. The gentlemen at the counter said "what do you want me to do, I wasn't working". I told him that I was just informing them of the lack of communication and that it was unfortunate I didn't make an appointment somewhere else. I was very professional and calm. At that point, I was told "I was at home with my kids, what do you want me to do, im just an artist?" I, of course, left.
Getting a tattoo should involve trust between the establishment/artist and the customer/canvas. Not sure what happened here, but there was zero professionalism. I have been getting tattoos my entire life and have never been treated like I don't exist like this.
If you are looking for a tattoo while in Las Vegas, DO NOT give this establishment your business, please.

We had great expectations.
..all the work we had done has to be redone.

Place was nice, but me and my wife wanted matching tattoos. Should have asked for the same artist for both... Anyway, they turned out fine but different than we were hoping.

I was in Las Vegas from out of state to attend my granddaughter’s soccer tournament. I went to Count’s Tattoo to have them tattoo a design on my left arm and had about a 4 hour window to have it done. When I came in, I explained this to the front counter person and she said no problem because they weren’t busy at that time. She said the tattoo would take about 2 to 2.5 hours. The young lady at the counter said they will draw up the design while I went to lunch in the Rio Casino. About 30 minutes later I received a call from the young lady and was told to be at the studio in 30 minutes. When I returned to the studio 30 minutes later, I was told they took another walk-in ahead of me but it was a small tattoo and shouldn’t take long. I waited an additional 40 minutes and decided to leave since my grandaughter’s soccer game was more important to me. About 30 minutes later I received a phone call from Count’s Tattoo and was asked if I still wanted to get the tattoo. I told the young lady I couldn’t wait any longer or I would miss my granddaughter’s soccer game. She apologized and told me that the walk-in they chose to take ahead of me took longer than expected.
