Ive been to Black Heart 3x now. Rei has been a fantastic artist on all 3 tattoos. Not only does she do a great job bringing your ideas to life, her skill and detail is beautiful. Fab-u-tastic work from Rei Valentine. Since she has done my last two tats, I can't see me letting anyone else do a tat for me. As a customer, I had a concept of what I wanted, but Rei offered suggestions that would be more appealing to the eye without being pushy . I will use her services again without a doubt.
