My brother and I got our tattoos done by Shelby and she did an excellent job. Her line work was very clean and I would recommend her to anyone. The one problem I did have was the environment. The music was too loud and it was hard for me to talk or even think after a period of time.

I wish I could rate more than five stars. I had an outstanding experience at NETC! The artist who did my tattoo, Shelby, did some of the best and fastest work I have ever had. I highly recommend this location, and I highly recommend Shelby as an artist.

I went in to do a walk in piece as the place I normally go to was booked for the night. I let was a small piece less that 3 inches on my inner arm. I was told the piece was impossible to do that small and that I would need to get it bigger and also come in for a consultation. My estimate was $300. Needless to say I went to my normal place (Iron Brush) and it was done in exactly the spot I wanted it, no consultation necesarry and for less than 3 times the cost. Shop around.
