Great Service Fast Delivery Discounts

We ordered a motorcycle battery from a local motorcycle store. They supposedly ordered it and told us they would call when it came in. 2 weeks later, still no battery. I called Batteries Plus Bulbs- gave the year and model of the motorcycle, had it within 3 hours, with a 10% web discount and $5 back for the old battery!. Great service, both on the phone and in the store. Definitely will be back!

Poor Customer Service False Advertising

Rob at the Missoula store did a great job but I ordered online and put in a discount code for 10% off if I picked up in store. Was charged full price. Don't offer a discount and then not honor it. It's the principle.

Poor Customer Service Overpriced

Called for a charger was told they had two instock. Walked in middle aged gentlemen with a scar on his right arm seemed bothered to help me. Gave him the battery he then glanced at the computer and said he would have to order it, shop local they say, ordered it online myself half the price, WILL NOT BE BACK!

Convenient Competitive Price

It’s a no brainer for me. I was a little miffed that I had to pay $15 to have my battery installed but hey I’m not that mechanically inclined and it probably would have taken me as long to find the right tools as it did for the guy to install it. Plus I didn’t have to pick it up. I am old and have a bad back. Price for premium battery was competitive. The ultimate one stop shopping.

iPad Repair Customer Service

I took my iPad in to get the screen replaced while visiting my daughter for a week. I reserved an appointment online and got $10 off the price. It took almost a full day for them to replace the screen. When I went to pick it up, it seemed to be running slowly. I took it back to my daughters house and almost immediately realized the bottom of the screen was unresponsive. I called the store and they could offer me no solutions until the next day. They discovered that there was a wire problem that occurred when they were replacing the screen. They said they would fix it - no problem. Unfortunately they did not have another white screen in stock. This was Friday. By Monday afternoon it was repaired and worked great! It was a good thing that I was staying in Missoula for a week otherwise I would’ve been very disappointed having driven back to Butte only to find that my iPad wasn’t working. I think they are a good business however they need to do their work a little more meticulously and double check things to make sure the customers are getting the highest quality repairs without having to bring things back.

Ordered batteries for my ups and a couple hours later when I was in town I picked them up. Installed them later in day and they fit, worked and I am very satisfied. Good batteries and other services is their specialty. Thanks to them!

Fast Service Convenient Location

The new replacement battery and display are working great. The local Batteries Plus shop had the parts on hand, so there was no waiting to get the phone in for repairs, and the work was accomplished very quickly.

Great Service Helpful Employees Free Install

Rob was great. Employees are helpful, patient and they seem to care very much!!!! Windshield replacements also with free install! Came in for a watch battery with free install.Thank you!!!

Fully adequate Good customer service

Fully adequate. I bought a battery. They had just the one I needed and the guy wasn't unpleasant. Can you really expect any more than that from a store designed for that specific purpose? I don't.

Poor Customer Service Website Issues Incompetent Staff

When scheduling an appt on the mobile website, it only allowed me to pick a Google pixel or a Google pixel XL...no specifications for which model. I called after making my apt online to make sure they had the right part. The guy I spoke to on the phone checked and told me they had it. HE DID NOT ASK ME WHAT MODEL...so I figured the model must not matter, other than the size XL. When I arrived to drop my phone off (from out of town), the guy asked me if I had a chance to back up my data in case they lost it. I said no...that I wasn't told to do so. He said they recommend doing it before they work on the phone. I mentioned that I live out of town and would risk it, but was frustrated no one warned me ahead of time. He agreed that I should have been warned. When I was gone waiting for them to fix my phone, we got a call that they didn't have the screen to fix it. Frustrated again because that was my only reason for coming to Missoula, when I went into the store to get my phone back...I said that I didn't want them to order a new screen for me because the whole experience had been exhausting. I explained my frustrations with not being warned ahead of time to back up my data and that their staff should have confirmed the model with me if their website didn't provide the opportunity to enter it online. INSTANTLY, the staff started to argue with me that I should just know to back up my phone whenever it is going to be taken a part and that it was also my fault that they weren't informed of the correct model. I said that I am not an IT person and didn't realize to the extent they would be taking the phone apart...and that as the expert, they need to do this. The employee named COLE talked down to me over and over and treated me like I was stupid because I couldn't read their minds. I was appauled at the way he treated me after I tried to express frustrations that we're more than warranted. He even told me that I had absolutely no impact on any part of his life after I said I would be sharing my experience. Another employee stepped up and FOR THE FIRST TIME expressed an understanding of my frustrations and mentioned that they would let corporate know about the issue on the website. I thanked him and said that was all I wanted from the beginning. As I walked out, Cole continued to laugh. He's a puke and should be fired in my opinion. I've worked in the customer service industry for 15 years and have NEVER treated a customer so poorly.
