I had an appointment booked with Artification two months in advance and was very excited to get a tattoo from them. When you go into meet with the artists you have to put a significant deposit down to hold the appointment which they call a consultation fee to be applied then to the tattoo price when you receive the tattoo. Unfortunately, the week of my appointment came and I had to cancel due to a positive Covid result. I attempted to reschedule my appointment five different times (photos attached) and when I didn’t hear back I requested my deposit back. Not only would they not refund the consultation fee (which I no longer care about) they never acknowledged the fact that I had tried to reschedule the appointment and instead said if I chose to come back they would apply my payment to my tattoo...which I had tried to reschedule five times. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Wade did an absolute amazing job on my Joker tattoo. One of the best if not the best in Kalispell. Highly recommend going to him.

Way overpriced and unprofessional. Customer is definitely not first here. I’ve had tattoos at a dozen different shops. This one was the worst experience by far. Will never go again and will never recommend this place to anyone.
