I had a appointment with Matt, at first everything was great, very relaxed atmosphere, employees were poking fun of each other and laughing. I received two tattoos, one of a paw print for my dog that past away. This one turned out amazing, my other tattoo was for my father passing a few months back, I supposed to read " Where Others May" with the coastguard symbol as the " O ". Maybe he was tired, or distracted teasing the other employees, he wrote "Where Othhers May" As this is on the part of my arm I couldn't see I didn't catch it right away, He tried to even coverup the mistake by adding a blue line going though the Black line. What I am most disappointed about is he didn't bother telling me his mistake when it happened, he didn't talk to me about how I would like to fix it either. VERY disappointed that someone would go and try to hide their mistake like this.

I went in to get my nose pierced in the beginning of 2019 she is an incredible piercer, very patient and explains everything from when she does it to after care. I will always reccomend her to anyone, even if you are scared of needles, i cant get over how incredible she is. I will be back to get my septum done and i cant wait!
